The Ringwood Project is a feasibility study exploring a six-story mixed-use development on an 860sqm site near Austin Health. Designed to integrate NDIS services with residential living, the proposal includes a clinic with consulting suites and medium-term, High Physical Support (HPS) 2-bedroom apartments. 2 Define leveraged the site's constraints to incorporate a lower-ground car park while activating the street frontage with retail. The upper levels feature fully HPS-compliant apartments, maximizing both community benefit and site potential.

2 define feasibililty study for a large NDIS development

Sunshine estate is a fesability study for a residential complex with 80 houses, small retail and a childcare centre. 

It is developed on a linear structure, comprising of 3 housing typologies. 

On a narrow site, with a neighbourhood heritage overlay on the site, the client wnated to bring this urban gem to current living standards, while adding another bedroom, converting the street-facing sitting room to a 2nd bedroom, and adding a bathroom, an en-suite, a WIR and an open space kitchen and living area, in direct communication with the external courtyard. 

The results embed new and old, indoor and outdoor space in a harmonious result. 

 

Chertz Houses came about as a duplex investment project . 2Define took it on from early stages and provided consultation, 3d Renders and Town Planning Drawings for the desired development.
